I let Ryans do $3000 work on my 2015 Mustang and was pleased with the work,although overpriced.I then verbally contracted with him to install a supercharger for a total of $6995 for which I gave him check.3 weeks later he still had not installed it because he wanted $1500 more than what he quoted.I refused to pay that extra that wasn't included in the price.At that time I demanded my money back or the supercharger.He refused to give my money back saying he could not give money back with out charging a 25% restocking charge to [redacted] ford. [redacted] ford told me there would be no restocking charge.So after argueing with me and [redacted] ford,I went and took the supercharger back to [redacted] Ford who eventually installed it at a cost to me of $1100.So this whole ordeal cost me about $1500 more than I intended for the install.He also was going to buy back my cold air intake he installed previously for $350.I also found out he was not certified to do the install which would have affected my Roush warranty.He was an angry person to deal with.I would not do business with him again and I let others know of my dissatisfaction.Been a year but had to let it be known.Don't really care if there is a resolve to this but needed to let it be known.Don't really care to talk to him or communicate with him again.
