A A Rick Moving Company

AA Rick moved me on 9/1/13 towards the end of loading my items on a unmarked truck the owner Rick informed me that he only accepts cash. I proceeded with the moved not sure what to do, but since I did take some pics of license plates and felt if I agreed I was fine with cash there wouldn't be a problem. After arriving to my new location about half way through unloading the truck he requested the money because I was uncomfortable with this so it took me away from paying attention to his employees. I paid the $400 dollar he said it would be for 4 hour after receiving a home made receipt! I thought everything should be fine he received his money I received my items. But after inspecting my items some items wasn't put back together and missing screws, they put a hole in the wall be hide the door, also my dryer isn't working now and I realized the move only took about 2 1/2 hours( So he overcharged me). I called Rick and he said he would call me back-he didn't, couldn't leave message, and last I sent him a certified letter he never response. At this point I don't know what to do I feel he took advantage of me because I had my kids and no one with me - even one of his employees told me not to pay him the amount he asked!
