A & A Tire

False representation of repair services rendered (work not done). Unethical business practices. Unreasonable timeline on services.On March 21st I turned my 2007 Nissan Quest Minivan into A&A Tire because the Air Conditioning was not working. They said it needed a new Air Compressor and that they needed the money up front for the part. I gave them the money for the part. They called me on April 7th and said the van was ready. I paid them the remaining money for the labor. The mechanic told me I may have to "drive it around a while" and "wait for the Freon to settle" (spoke with a mechanic friend, said this is not true). I drove the van off the lot on Monday with it still blowing hot Air. I took it back on Friday the 11th of April and told them it still wasn't working. The owner told me to leave it there and that they would fix it. My van sat at the shop till May 15th when I finally decided the risk to break ins and vandalism on my van outweighed my insistence they fix it and took back my property after waiting 2 months for them to fix it. Over the 2 months the van was at A&A tire I called almost every other day, and visited weekly to inquire about the progress, and each time I got the run around saying they were "working on it." They claim to have tried out 3 different compressors, I have not seen one receipt and have no reason to believe any repairs were done. I have lost not only $759 dollars, but multiple hours of my time, 2 months without the families principle commuter vehicle, and their actions have caused me undue stress.Desired SettlementI want my $759 back so that I can take my van to a legitimate dealership to get it fixed. Consumer Response AA Tire made good on their promise to fix the air conditioner.

Four tires were purchased and one is faulty (out of round). Dealer has declined to correct it saying it's the wheel. I have paid 2 other dealers to check the tire and the wheel. Owner still refuses to even take it off and check it.
