Keys where left at my shop with my dispatcher, customer failed to give key to the driver who towed her carSo yes it took us an extra day to get keys to the shop because we had to make an extra trip to deliver key to collision centerNothing was ever lost Shop camera shows keys where given, no money is owed to customer

This is the first hearing of a missing ornament, thought it was a key fobEither way this car was in a collision resulting in the tow it’s hard saying where the hood ornament could be do to this We are contracted through roadside/insurance company to tow this vehicle we did exactly what was asked of us, which is towed it back to our lot customer came cleaned it out gave us the keywe have to buy company policy wait to hear back from the insurance company/roadside again to receive another purchase order before we can tow out the vehiclethe vehicle was towed out without the key again apologizing for the inconvenience on getting the key to the collision center late due to the fact that it was not left with the vehicle it was given to our office instead so we had to make a special trip to Dublin Ohio in order to get the key to the collision center after the vehicle was towed We follow exact protocol in regards to the business that was done with this customer if otherwise we did something wrong we would have been contacted back by the contracted insurance/roadside that we do business for daily At this point we stand firm on no money is owed to the customer other than an apology on the key being turned in late due to procedure not being followed by customer and tow truck driver nothing else we can do at this point if there is damage or loss caused by us it needs to be reported to her roadside/insurance company and handled that way

To whom this may concern,This call in was for an account of ours "*** *** ***" It was not a private call inThe reason for the delay of pick up was we needed the keys in order to tow it to the "*** *** ***" and our company had to wait on them to leave the keys with the vehicle and also delay do to
weather. We towed this car to "*** *** ***" NOT another company so we are not giving them any money and not only did we tow this car for them around Jan 9th we also had to tow it again for them last weekIf they had a problem with the first tow why did they call us again to re tow the car to "*** *** ***"This complaint is invalid and we owe them no moneyNo one lied to them they were told we needed the keys our truck even went out to the Findlay address on a dry run to pick up the car and could not because there was no keys but we never charged them extra for thatAll this can be confirmed also from *** at "*** *** ***" this is were they had there car worked onIf you have anymore questions please feel free to contact me againThank you

My car was not damaged prior to him towing it I have not made any threats to his company not the driver other than the reply to the driver threatening to leave my car out west and when he indicated unacceptable behavior towards me on the

Keys where left at my shop with my dispatcher, customer failed to give key to the driver who towed her car. So yes it took us an extra day to get keys to the shop because we had to make an extra trip to  deliver key to collision center. Nothing was ever lost Shop camera shows keys where given,...

no money is owed to customer.

It is a complete lie. We gave them the key when we cleaned out the car, the very same day it was towed. They verbally told me over and over that the tow truck driver had the key and it would be delivered immediately to the collision center and then they failed to do so. They are a dishonest company. They still haven't replied re: the missing Mazda hood ornament.

This is the first hearing of a missing ornament, thought it was a key fob. Either way this car was in a collision resulting in the tow it’s hard saying where the hood ornament could be do to this.  We are contracted through roadside/insurance company to tow this vehicle we did exactly what was asked of us, which is towed it back to our lot customer came cleaned it out gave us the key. we have to buy company policy wait to hear back from the insurance company/roadside again to receive another purchase order before we can tow out the vehicle. the vehicle was towed out without the key again apologizing for the inconvenience on getting the key to the collision center late due to the fact that it was not left with the vehicle it was given to our office instead so we had to make a special trip to Dublin Ohio  in order to get the key to the collision center after the vehicle was towed.  We follow exact protocol in regards to the business that was done with this customer if otherwise we did something wrong we would have been contacted back by the contracted insurance/roadside that we do business for daily.  At this point we stand firm on no money is owed to the customer other than an apology on the key being turned in late due to procedure not being followed by customer and tow truck driver nothing else we can do at this point if there is damage or loss caused by us it needs to be reported to her roadside/insurance company and handled that way.

We received a call from Allstate to tow Customers car. We picked the car up and delivered the car to the destination that was sent to us. Customer contacted Allstate and Allstate had given us the wrong address for delivery so they generated us a new PO to take car to the correct dealership. We delivered to the correct dealership they were very rude and threatened to beat my driver up while he was dropping the car off because he was late dropping it off and that we took it to the wrong location which was not our fault. Days later customer called and said we damaged her car. Allstate investigated the claim and said we were not reliable for her damage based on it was pre existing damage not caused by our company. She has tried to contact my driver on serval occasions threating physical harm to him saying "she will have her brother beat him up" and this is why we have ceased communication with customer do to threats and the claim being denied by her own insurance company.

I initially called for road side assistance at 10:07 am. The
driver called me from [redacted]2 at 11:22 indicating that he was at Morse Rd
and 71. I asked him how long it would take, he indicated it would be about 10
to 15 minutes. He was called by the dispatcher 30 minutes later and...

indicated
that he was 5 minutes away from me at a red light. The driver (short white guy),
never provided a name nor asked me to sign anything, arrived around 12ish. When
he arrived my brother; [redacted] asked him what took so long. He indicated
that he had to go thru a bunch of lights and if there is a problem he could
leave and we can dispatch someone else. My brother said man like I said what
took you so long what if she was on the freeway, you indicated 45minutes ago
that you were down the street. He continued to murmur while connecting the
brackets to the tires. Once he was done, he asked me was he taking it to the
dealer ship and I said yes. Once I reached Dave Gill I talked to the clerk and
went outside to look around. 30 minutes passed therefore I called him (the tow
guy) and asked him where my car was. He indicated that he was at 4700 W Broad.
I asked him why would you take my car way out there you know where Dave Gill is
bring me my car. He replied that I was going to have to call Allstate so they
can get another dispatcher to bring me my car. I told him I’m not calling them,
you need to bring me my car. He stated that if I keep talking and telling him
what to do he’s going to drop it right there in the lot his in. He stated that
since my son was talking crap and I informed him that that was my brother and
not my son and he indicated again that he was going to leave my car where it
was. I told him once again dude you better bring me my [redacted] car because you
know you went way out there just to be funny, you know where Dave Gill is then
he hung up. When he arrived with the vehicle my brother went back and met him
and told him that he needs to work on his customer service skills, he stated
that he couldn’t believe that he got that upset because he asked him why he
took so long. After he left my brother decided to look at the car, that’s when
he noticed the front end damage.

Had AA Towing tow my car to Discount Tire on Sunday about 0030 in the morning after I had blown a tire and could not get old tire off. Company towed it to the tire store and dropped key in the store's drop box. Went to tire store next day to check out the damage on the wheel and found the doors to my car unlocked, about ten dollars in change stolen, and my [redacted] prescription glasses stolen out of my glove box. I wouldn't have cared about the change but the glasses are really expensive. The tire store is not open on Sundays so either the tow driver stole my items or left the doors open and someone else did. I called the company and the manager said he would get back to me after he talked with the tow driver, but now when I call the company, it goes straight to voicemail. Clearly they are not in the business of customer service. I feel I have been taken advantage of in a vulnerable position.
