I purchased a transmission from this company, it was cash and carry since I had a master mechanic to install the transmission. The transmission was installed and in less than 12 hours the transmission locked up. I returned the part and was given a lot of flac about how I installed wrong until they learned who had put it in. Then they agreed to give me another transmission ( they rebuilt the one I took in). I also purchased a torque converter and they replaced that also. I went to pick up the new rebuilt transmission and they stated that they could not give me another warranty unless I bought it. They have been very shady in their dealings with me. Now if this one is bad I am just out of luck.
Review: After only 3months of owning the 2002 Ford Taurus, the engine blew and a tie rod went on the vehicle. The sales man knew about the tie rod. The oil was just changed right after we purchased the car so there was oil in the engine, and there were no leaks.

THE CUSTOMER ROAD TESTED, PURCHASED AND DROVE THE VEHICLE FOR 3 MONTHS UNTIL HAVING AN ISSUE. WE ALWAYS WISH THE BEST OF LUCK TO OUR CUSTOMERS WHO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM US. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT FORESEE FURTHER ISSUES OF ANY VEHICLE DOWN THE ROAD. WE ARE UNAWARE OF ANY ISSUES WITH THIS VEHICLE UNTIL [redacted] NOTIFIED US.
