from: Garys Plg and Htg to: *** *** date: Wed, Mar 22, at 1:PMsubject: RE: Revdex.com regarding additional attachments***, Thank you as would only take attachments Attached are the invoices *** said would pay but hasn'tThank You,CarrolOwner/PresidentAttachments____________________________________________... are the wo for $and the Invfor Credit of $800. Also, Jim's letter to *** ***, and Mr***'s tenant, *** a letter from him . Also the two invoices *** says don't have problems with still have not been paid, one a yr and month past due and the other 1/months past due. I feel the attachments are the best to explain. The estimate *** talks about and inv reads had to be between *** and Bill, no longer employed here, so we have no way of knowing what was discussed between them. We don't do estimates on thawing of house, as don't know what getting into, how bad frozen nor can you tell what all damaged until thawed, as then leaks, etc appear. This is pretty much all the imformation I can give, other than the outstanding invoices, as this dosn't allow any more attachments.Respectfully,Carrol

We are sorry that you feel that wayWe have had your compressor here, awaiting instruction as to what you would like to have doneIf you desire a new compressor, the cost is going to be around $This price is only including the parts, no laborIf it would please you, we can sell you a totally different compressor for $with a month warranty on partsAs you were aware, the original compressor that you have is over years oldThere was no guarantee as to how long it would hold upWe always strive to go above and beyond for our customersWe will await your decision

We repaired the unit as per the quote that was provided to the customerWe indicated that there was no warranty provided unless we replaced the compressorThe customer just wanted to have the unit repaired without having the compressor replacedAfter a few weeks, the compressor failedThe
customer wanted us to replace the compressor at no costWe feel that these were unreasonable demands; however, we did offer replacing the compressor at a discounted priceIf he didn't want the compressor replaced, we did offer a partial refundA full refund would not be acceptable due to all of the material and labor costsWe strive to please all of our customersIn years of being in business, this is the first unreasonable complaintTherefore, the customer complaint should be disregarded

I am rejecting this response because:
I no longer need a compressorI already paid $and have absolutely nothing to show for itI was told the " guarantee " their workThey claim they offered me a partial refund but I still haven't heard itI'm looking to get something for the money I have already spentI am not looking to spend more money on something I already paid forStill got nothing for the initial monies I gave up

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I never approved any work to be done on my property and never received a quote.  I also didn't have them come back again that must've been the  tenant that called. I would be willing to pay for that work. But I definitely did not want to do business with them after what happened the  first time.  The  tenant told me there was only one guy there and that he was lazy. The tenant no longer lives there because he was two months past due on rent. I have had no complaints  from my tenants that have lived there since July 2016. Thank you.
Regards,

As per Jim V[redacted], Gary's Plumbing & Heating, Manager   "[redacted] calls in a work order to thaw out house that had frozen.  It said on the work order to thaw house as per estimate.  Igive all estimates and I never talked to [redacted] at all regarding frozen house.  It seems he...

had talked to Bill about the house and [redacted] and Bill came up with price.  I sent 3-4 guys over to house to try and thaw out and look at boiler lines.  We told owner what needed to be done and he said he would take care of the repairs.  We did have our electric heaters to thaw out house and lines, as cannot tell what broken or damaged until thawed.  We took out heaters as he asked, so house froze again as he had no heat to house. We then sent him a bill for work we had done and he refused to pay.  I reviewed bill and gave him an $800.00 credit, if pay remaining bill, he said he would. and we still never received payment.  Then he called back for on 2-4-16 we made repairs to the boiler and let him know what else needed done.  Then again did not hear from him.  Then he called again on  2-12-16 and we purged the boiler and gave him a list of what needed done, then again never heard back from him nor did we get paid.    I talked with [redacted] in January about bill and that I was not crediting anymore and he needed to pay bill.  Told me he would and that he would call later that nighyt which he never did.  He called us to do work at the house he owns in Laramie.  We did not call him, he needs to pay his bill.  I cannot fix the problem when he won't call back an also lies about the events.  [redacted] was his tenant at this time and he moved out because nothing was getting done and [redacted] will also testify about how many guys had working there trying to thaw house.  Sounds like Bill and [redacted]'s talk has got us where we are at, and Bill no longr works here.  [redacted] needs to step up and pay his bill and quit acting like he's being mis treated.  That is not our policy and has never been.  Thought I had this worked out with [redacted] but I guess he doesn't remember what he says."  ThanksJim V[redacted], Manager

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I will pay the 2 invoices  (because you guys actually fixed something)  and your minimum service fee. As I told the lady on the phone that scheduled me in three times  that no work was supposed to be done without a quote and she said we could work something out to get you a quote. I asked Bill  after you left my property and called me how bad was plumbing and he couldn't tell me. It was clear to see, the pipes for the heat registers in the bedrooms were almost broke in half  and all needed to be replaced. When I talked to [redacted] and told him that I was billed $1500 for the work that was done he was shocked and said "There would be no way I would pay them that much they didn't do anything"  I would like to note that  [redacted] still owes me money. So of course he would be willing to write a letter.
 Sincerely with all respect
