Review: The screens of our screened in porch were heavily damaged by Hurricane Sandy. We called several companies and A&A screen gave us an excellent estimate; so we had them do the work. [redacted] came to our home with his wife. He came without a ladder and asked to borrow ours; which he subsequently broke and never offered to pay for. We were very satisfied with the work after it was completed, as it looked like a quality repair. However, shortly after the repair, the screens began falling down and coming apart. My husband and I left several voice mails, countless unanswered phone calls, and multiple emails. We have never heard back from this company, and our screens are still broken. It is shameful that a company would take advantage of a hurricane victim, do a poor job, and ignore attempts to contact; they basically took our money and ran.I have family members [redacted] to bee stings, and I am highly [redacted] to mosquito bites. With the screens falling apart and in disarray, it leaves me and my family members at risk for health issues if we are sitting out on our porch. We have been trying to contact them for over a year. Our quality or life has been affected by this.
