the computer system according to the fee schedule detailed in the lease and are not charged every 10 days.  Although she feels the property manager has no sympathy for her, on May 6th when she dropped a payment after hours for the April rent and it was not for the full amount due, the manager personally paid the shortage in cash so the account would be completely paid for the month of April.   On 8/14/14 I spoke with [redacted] and a payment arrangement was agreed upon where she would pay the July balance on August 21st.  That would stop the sale of her belongs for nonpayment, and give her time to completely catch up on the delinquent rent due so she could vacate her space.  She went to the office on August 23rd and paid the amount agreed upon and at that time the manager waived $35 in fees; in the past the manager has also waived an additional $30 in fees.  [redacted] told the manager she will have the balance paid by 8/30/14 and will vacate the space on 9/4/14.  The manager told her that if she does vacate as she stated, she will not be charged rent for the 4 days of September that she will occupy the space.
