This storage facility has various discount rates, sometimes it buy one month get four months free sometimes it's rent a controlled unit (air conditioning) get two months free, sometimes it's rent one month get three months free, I received a statement on February 1, 2014 it read my unit number 236, it read 0 balance owed 0 balance late, 0 balance on the total. I called and asked why are sending me a statement period. I don't owe until March 5, 2014. I spoke to [redacted] he said he didn't know why I received a statement. Then I read it to him and said besides its a statement for zero balances... [redacted] said well you don't owe anything. I received a call on Sunday February 9, 2014 that my storage is late. This storage is notorious for doing this in order to collect late fees from people and this has been going on for YEARS. I need your help please. I have the statement. Thank you.
