signal from towers on the ground to the home and unfortunately after a few years there are circumstances that happen (trees growing etc) that will change that signal. Dear Revdex.com,I was finally contacted by [redacted] at B2X on September 21, 2017 and was told they were working on my internet and wanted to do some speed tests with me while on the phone. We spent 10 minutes testing and the internet speed was still not up to par. At this point he stated they would need to do some more work on their end and would get back to me. As of October 10, 2017 I have yet to hear back from them. I do have clear line of sight to the radio tower with no tree interference.
We have spoken to this consumer, we are making adjustments to our towers. Weather permitting, the issue should be resolved this Thursday.
