The evidence I provided by the 2nd vendor Saving Appliances proves A-All Services, Inc. did not do a complete through maintenance on the dishwasher. Saving Appliances immediately checked the floater and inlet the bottom of the dishwasher which clearly showed the dishwasher inlet was cracked. Saving Appliances fixed the dishwasher and clearly stated that this should have been caught in the inspection. Second they made numerous mistakes in my home from breaking the dryer. They falsified by not informing [redacted] and [redacted] their warranty about the dishwasher. I received letters from [redacted] and [redacted] regarding the dryer which A-All Services, Inc lied saying the technician didn’t break it but [redacted] indentified A-All Services, Inc did break it as well, and a letter regarding the 2 minute inspection with the washer machine. I never received any documentation regarding the dishwasher. Therefore when I contacted both [redacted] and [redacted] both entities never heard from A-All Services, Inc regarding the dishwasher and damages. In addition they wanted to blame the garbage disposal which is fairly new and no rust or corrosion and have had plumbers inspected it. 3rd. Also the morning of the incident [redacted] did not send a different technician, instead the same technician with all the mistakes whom did not show up until 2pm, therefore the leak was from 3am approx. to 2pm when I discovered it. When I asked questions Instead the technician and [redacted] spoke in a foreign language so that I could not understand what they were saying. I contacted the manager [redacted] and he would not provide the company insurance so that I could file a claim.

To Whom it May Concern: This email is in response to the claim made by Ms. [redacted] against our company. Ms. [redacted] has claimed that our technician failed to diagnose her dishwasher properly, and as a result, her home experienced some flooding. This is simply not true. Our...

technician was sent out to work on Ms. [redacted]'s dishwasher because she had reported that it was not turning on. Upon arrival he found the unit unresponsive, and then ordered a control panel and installed it on the following visit. Upon arrival, he discovered that the control panel color did not match that of the dishwasher, but to accommodate the customer, he installed the unit while we waited for the new part to come in. During the ensuing week and a half, Ms. [redacted] experienced no problems with the unit.  This control panel problem had nothing to do with the water lines of the dishwasher. Through the first 3 visits, we solely worked on the panel, and after repeated test-runs, no leaking or flooding occurred. The unit was fully operational at this time.  We came out a fourth time after Ms. [redacted] complained of some flooding. The following are notes taken by our technician on this visit: "Removed bottom cover of the dishwasher to check and test the unit on all cycles for leaking. Unit has been checked and tested good: no leaking was present. Also checked all hoses and connections (parts of dishwasher): no problem found. Secured the bottom cover of the dishwasher. Opened up drawers under the sink and immediately spotted a puddle of water underneath the sink drainway connector."Our technician did see a leak at this time, but it was not coming from the dishwasher. We have a video on file of this leak that shows it originating from the sink area. With this information in mind, we deny any wrongdoing in this matter  and ask for the claim against A-AALL Services to be dismissed. Sincerely, [redacted]

Review: I called my home warranty company about not having any air flow in a couple of the rooms in my house. They set up an appointment with A-ALL Services Inc. to come diagnose the problem. An individual that is named "[redacted]" came to diagnose the problem on the 7th of March, 2015. During his diagnosis, he was extremely rude, short, and disinterested. His behavior was the epitome of horrible customer service. He was so brief and not thorough in his diagnosis, I have major doubts about it.

I later called and left a voice message for a manager to call me back. Come the following Tuesday, I had still not received a call from a manager, so I called their office again. I got through to a woman She told me that they got my message, and that they gave it to a manager. She ensured me that she would give the message to a manager again. After not hearing anything, on March 14th, I called back and got a hold of someone claiming to be the manager, Dmitri. I started by telling him that I have left multiple messages for a manager to call me back, and asked why I hadn't received a call. He completely avoided the question despite multiple attempts, he did not want to address that. He only wanted to address my concern. I went on to tell him about our horrible experience, and he didn't want to hear it. He claimed that it was only because his technician did not speak good English, which was not the case. I lived overseas for years, I have plenty of experience dealing with people with language barriers. I requested another technician come out, he told me emphatically NO. I then asked for my $60 payment to be returned and he said "that's not going to happen." I asked what he was going to do to rectify the problem, and told him that I'm a very dissatisfied customer. He recommended me getting a second opinion from another company. He was very unprofessional, unhelpful, and just wanted to get me off the phone. This company is horrible! I would be shocked if they have any return customers.Desired Settlement: I want my $60 back. This company obviously does not contain a fiber or ethics or professionalism, and I don't trust them at all. I am now going to have to pay more money to get an actual reputable company to give me a proper diagnosis, a company who actually cares. A company who has employees who are thorough, professional, and actually show what they want to be here. Unlike the staff at A-ALL who want to rush out, not give explanations, and are very rude.

I was initially willing to give the company a second change, as I requested for them to send another technician out. However, they refused, and after talking to the manager, I see where the employees get their lack of professionalism from. Now I want nothing to do with this company. I simply want my money back and I want to wash my hands of this horrible experience.

*Update[redacted] (manager), call me back and now offered to send another technician out. However, I want nothing to do with this company. I want my money back.

Review: I have an AHS contract for repairs to my home. 5 weeks ago my air conditioner stopped working properly and I called for the repair process to start. AHS sent out 3 different companies, but the same tech came out each time. He did not test my air conditioner. He did nothing to repair the air conditioner. He kept blaming the problem on the electrical system. AHS sent out an electrician who said that the electrical system is fine.

AHS sent out a 4th technician from another company who said the problem is the condenser and AHS will not have this company complete the repair. Instead they assigned it back to the original company with the original tech who never even tested the system. I told AHS that I am refusing to have that tech at my home. Then they said that the original tech is refusing to come to complete the repair and they have now assigned it to a 5th company. The 5th company has not scheduled the service yet and in total I have been waiting for 5 weeks just to have this repaired. After doing research on the original 3 companies I have learned the following about these companies: [redacted] has contractors lic # [redacted]. He owns [redacted], [redacted] Appliance & [redacted] Air.

[redacted] has contractors lic # [redacted]. He and [redacted] own A-Aall Service, Unimaster, [redacted] & Dispatching Inc.

From my experience I believe that one person is involved in both of these names and contractors licenses. One tech is employed for all of these companies. One person who knows nothing about air conditioning goes out and does nothing but collect money from unsuspecting victim. Since they have a contractors license and are sent out by AHS, they got In my home for the repair and they did nothing.

Now I believe that AHS, [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted] owes me $589 (the cost of the contract and the money spent on this issue). I want them to send a cashiers check to me as I do not trust themDesired Settlement: Now I believe that AHS, [redacted], [redacted] & [redacted] owes me $589 (the cost of the contract and the money spent on this issue). To whom it may concern

Our record indicate that we have never been @ this customer house working on a/c system. We also do not work with AHS warranty.

Review: For almost a month since September 8th, after coming over to troubleshoot my airconditioner issue, I have not received a formal report of what the issue is an a quote, even after paying a $65 service charge.

I've made a follow up call to their office, and for the past 2 weeks, I have not received an email copy of this formal report of what is the issue of my aircondition.Desired Settlement: Copy of what is wrong with my aircondition and what needs to be fixed, and a fair quote to fix the problem.

Review: We had a problem with our AC we contacted our home warranty company they scheduled a service with A-aall Services.

We had to call ourselves to confirmed an appointment after the company failed to follow -up with setting of an appointment.

We were told a 6 hour window to wait for the service tech to show up to the residence.

We took time off our work to wait for the service tech.

The service tech never showed up for the appointment. The service office never called to tell us no one was coming to the home to provide service or to reschedule.

We called and spoke with the service manager and he offered to waive the service fee the next time we would need to schedule an appointment with A-aall Services.

WE did need to schedule service again at a later date. WE confirmed the agreed offer to waive the service fee. They sent out the service tech. and then after making sure they were aware of the agreement A-all Service went ahead and charged us for the service fee. Then claimed no notes were in our file to waive the service fee.

We have tried numerous time to have the person we spoke to call and clear this matter up. However no return phone call. The notes now say the person we spoke to called the home warranty provider and denied the waiving of the service fee, not returning the phone call to us or trying to honor "his offer and agreed to" waiving of the service charge.

The person continues to avoid our phone calls.Desired Settlement: We want the $60.00 bill from the contractor A-aall Services to be waived and the home warranty provider to be notified so that we do not continue to receive a bill for the promised waived service charge.
