The consumer was towed for unauthorized parking in a gated community, the vehicle was towed at/or after 2:am according to our informationDuring the course of the week the The specific contract for that community does not allow residents to park on the street during the week form 2;00am -5:00am

I am rejecting this response because: That answer did not apply
during the time that my vehicle was towedYes, during times a permit is required BUT, during the Christmas and New Year Holidays the apartment manager had put a stop to all towingNot only should my vehicle not have been touched but the towing company had no business even being on the property until after January 3rdThanks to the apartment manager I did receive a refund and no further action is necessaryThe point is this, there seemed to be a total lack of communication between the person that received the "stop towing" request, the dispatcher and the driver or, the driver simply took it upon himself to survey the parking lot for potential and supposed violatorsThe clerk at the front desk did not seem aware of the stop as well or I would have not had to be out the money in the first placeThe notice is minimum but there is now a scratch on the hood of my new car and you can tell on the front bumper where it was hooked on to to get in on the tow truckEnd results: I got my money back but there needs to be better communication especially when dealing with someone's transportation and moneyAgain, no further action needed

Also, the address on the paperwork is incorrect, and at their location they have a Revdex.com accreditation sign when they in fact do not. I have the picture as well to document this. They unlawfully towed my car and if they do not return my money I will be taking them to court and a lawsuit will be placed on this business.

Good morning [redacted]!The parking policy at the [redacted] apartments is that each visitor must not only park in the spaces marked visitor but must also have a visitor pass displayed on the dash to do so.[redacted]

My car was just purchased today 12/13/13 and was towed from my apartments by this company as soon as we exited the car. I came to get my car the same evening and my left rear tire was completly flat. They refused to fix it or even take the blame. They act as though since they are a business that I cannnot do anything. Please contact me asap. Thank you. Have a wonderful day.
