This is concerning services that are so very poor they don't even qualify in my opinion as sub standard and certianly don't qualify as what he puts on his letter head sent to me. I placed several accounts to this company for collections in 2006 and others no latter than 2010. In talking with the debt collector [redacted], he had mentioned that his company was above the average debt collection companies and better than most debt collection companies. And even in their letter head they sent me says that their company achieves better than average collections best in the industry it says right on his letter head. Yet So far he has only collected one account in full, which I helped him collect by doing some foot work, continuously sending him info on the debtor(car lic plate, last known residence and any updates from the county clerk of courts web site) other wise I do not feel he would have collected that account in full with out my help. This was the only account he has managed to collect on. The other account he collected on he managed to collect two payments on this account/not nearly in full. I hardly see this as better than average collections, and there was nothing in his contract/paper work he sent me that said they might have some problems collecting some accounts, or certain accounts will take longer or might not be able to collect at all. I am sure he will give excuses as he has to me, but that does not collect my accounts and is poor service. I thought of removing the accounts from him to anothe company and told him I might and that I would let him know if I found some one else or if I would stick with him. He either got upset/ego bruised and tried sticking me with what he has failed to collect for me which is bad business practice failing the client and then trying to stick it to the client. Or he simply figured ok if, I was fool enough to try to take the accounts away from his company he would get paid by taking and sticking it to me which in turn is not a good or ethical business practice either. I have had to check up on his company time and again to find failures with months passed and no collections, and him giving me excuses.
