I completed an on-line insurance quote for a-abana insurance on [redacted]. My quote was completed on-line and I paid $86.29 for a deposit on [redacted] on-line. I called the [redacted] number on [redacted] and asked for my insurance cards, however the person who answered the line stated that I could not be insured by them. I told him that I should be issued a refund. Out of the 15 calls I made he has answered the phone for me two times telling me that he needed a cancellation letter from me for something I never had. I complied, sent the letter on [redacted] to the email [redacted]. I have repeatedly called and if he answer my phone call he immediately say my name before I tell him because of caller id. Most of the time he does not answer my phone call or any representative. What is my next step?
