Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: He didn't use ANY TREATMENT on carpets HE Kevin was confident he would get the carpet clean I have texts saying he's forgit the treatment and will return to do soTHE SMELL IN it afterwards was HORRIBLEHE didn't use ANY smell good stuff at allid love to send u the rude texts he sent back after he came at 9p.m to clean carpets but camper was of course lockexNOTE I called him complaining about the smell was hiredHe stated he had treatment he planned on returning..that call was at p.m He came at 9.pm that nightPlus YES THE CARPETS WERE SOAKED that next day even My bacteria statement was said he activated it leaving it soaked and not treated I simply asked half my money back quoted bucks at end was total so I can have PROFECIALLY cleaned and treated He freaked out cussing at me he DON'T GIVE refunds.I guess this will end up in court
The customer was advised that carpets may not come clean before job was started and he suggested that he would just replace if cleaning was not the solutionI was up front with him from the beginningWe started with the chairs in RV trailer then did carpet in RV and the chairs were dry when we
leftIn my professional opinion the whole thing should have been dry in 2-hrsThe customer mentioned this was a recently purchased RV and he had not noticed some of the burns & carpet issues when he purchased it but was discovering them more & more as he looked at it after purchaseThe carpets were black & had urine in them when he purchased it, we did the best we could to help clean it up but, Bottom line is he bought a well used camp trailerHe was calling complaining of bacteria less than hrs after cleaning and it takes hrs for mold & bacteria to growI also take care to not leave carpets soaked as this man claims average dry time on any home or camper cleaned by my company is 4-hrs worst case senerio I sincerely apologize that I couldn't fix his problem but do not feel I did anything wrong when cleaning for him

NOTE I called him complaining about the smell was hired. He stated he had treatment he planned on returning..that call was at 1.30 p.m . He came at 9.pm that night.. Plus YES THE CARPETS WERE SOAKED that next day even. My bacteria statement was said he activated it leaving it soaked and not treated. I simply asked half my money back quoted 75 bucks at end was 110 total so I can have PROFECIALLY cleaned and treated. He freaked out cussing at me he DON'T GIVE refunds. .I guess this will end up in court..
I hired abc clean way to replace carpet padding in two small areas within one room of my home. upon completion of the work, the technician, [redacted] showed me a piece of my crown molding that he broke off while performing his service. he then told me that to repair it, I would need to either glue it back on or use touch up paint to conceal the damage. I had never encountered a problem like this before, so I paid him $140 by check and he left. I then called abc clean way and spoke to ken, who I was told is the owner. I explained to [redacted] exactly what took place and asked what type of compensation I would recieve, i.e., a partial refund for the damage that the technician made to my crown molding. [redacted] responded with several questions and comments: was it already broken off, was it already cracked, some customers try to get free service out of us. I was ta[redacted] aback by these comments. [redacted] also told me that I would need to speak directly with the technician about the problem. I repeated several times to [redacted] that I had already discussed the problem with the technician, that he told me he broke the crown molding and that I would need to repair the damage myself. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I EXPECT A MONETARY COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE TO MY HOME.
