I was impressed with the way this company handled themselves and on how they treated meThey were punctual on arrival, and were nothing but hospitable the entire timeThey sent out a technician named Phil, he was an older guy, and he was extremely nice and knew what he was doingGave me tips on how to treat my dryer so that I wouldn't have to request a return trip anytime soonNot to mention the fair price I was givenI don't see any reason why I wouldn't use their service again

I had a sub zero freeze that was not cooling I had different companies come out and look at it and nobody could get it fixed Tim was very helpful and experience with the equipment thanks

Very bad experience, wonâ t recommend them for any client in Brandon, Riverview area Unreliable and they have a very bad attitude towered their customer, they used a used parts to my fridge and charge me for new one, switched appointment on me after disabled my unit so they now I will have no other choice .far from honest communications in total

Gave me tips on how to treat my dryer so that I wouldn't have to request a return trip anytime soon. Not to mention the fair price I was given. I don't see any reason why I wouldn't use their service again.

I would highly recommend them for appliance repairs. My water dispenser did not work and made noise when trying to dispense water. After reviewing 5 other services I decided to try A-Ability. The technician, Phil, was very knowledgeable and knew the problem before even looking at the unit. He came and his diagnosis over the phone was correct. He picked up the part and repaired it the next day.
Very reasonably priced and even received veterans discount.

I have a rental home in the Riverview area. I contacted A-Ability Appliance repair and gave them the details of the appliance (LG Front Load Washer) and its age (8 years old) along with what was occurring and error codes I was receiving. I spoke with Regina and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. They contacted my tenants to set-up a day and time and set a technician out. Which was great so I didn't have to play the middle-person in trying to find a good time. When I got a callback on the assessment they guided me through this issue the washer was having and explained to me in detail what needed to be fixed and why. I moved forward with the repair and it has been almost 2 years and have not had a problem since.

I have family members that live in the area and provided them with A-Ability's number. And they came through every time! It is great to know that I have an appliance repair company that I can trust - and they actually care which is hard to find nowadays! I highly recommend them!
