Technical specification sheets that shows the percentage drop of sound transmission have been provided along with welcoming the customer to obtain another opinion from an independent source comparing windows we have not replace to ones we have. My understanding is that [redacted]'s claim is that the windows are allowing more sound penetration than they did before which is technically impossible. We no longer are in possession of the original glass as it is protocol to dispose of the custom sized glass once a suitable replacement has been provided so we are unable to reinstall. We are however interested in the complete satisfaction of this client and may be able to offer her some additional solutions rather than scrapping the entire project.
