[redacted] was a nice client who we have been working with We shipped him a bike to Europe in which arrived in orderly fashion The Bike he ordered is from an Italian manufacturer who provides us with the photos On our website: [redacted] we have the picture of the bike along with a description and specifications Below the specification we have that they are subject to change The reason why they are subject to change is because the manufacturer changes them on us without notice The changes are generally for equal or better parts then what is originally spec'd The Treviso Carbon in the US only came in as a 2017, In it was not offered in the US I sent [redacted] s complaint to the manufacturer and there response was not acceptable for [redacted] They simply said that it was a They also said European specifications are different then US specifications [redacted] claims he saw an older model in Europewhich matches our, but again their spec is different as they receive products at times sooner then us Bottomline is it is a in the US.The primary difference between what [redacted] is wanting and what we said is the color of the saddle and bar grips He wanted me to obtain these for him but they are not aftermarket components they are OEM (out of factory) meaning they only come with the bike In exchange I offered him a $for him to find them in Europe as they might have them The Saddle is worth no more then $and the Grips $ He expressed his displeasure so I asked him to give me another solution and I will see what I can do After that he didn't respond To make a claim that this is an old model when the manufacturer has confirmed it is not is not fair and to request a $credit for a minor detail that cost a mere $is impracticalFor anymore info or for direct contact information to the disctributor, please feel free to contact me directly.Albert C***, COO [redacted]

This is a simple case of miscommunication with one of our agents and the customer I stepped in as Operation manager and am resolving the issue with the customer now

[Your Answer Here]
Dear *** ***,By looking at the bike I have received from R&A cycles, and comparing to the same model of bike at the manufacturers website (***) and model bikes Pinarello Treviso disc, I found out that the bike is modelWhen I ordered the bike, the picture on R&A cycles website was the same as the model on the manufacturer websiteWhen I received the bike it was clear that what I ordered as "Pinarello Treviso disc" was not the same as in the both, R&A cycles and Pinarello website pictures. Also I would like to mention that not only the color of the saddle and the grips are different of and models as Mr C*** notices, but the wheels are not the same (on the picture are Shimano wheels and mine are Alex rims which are completely different), the color is slightly darker on model, the saddle post and the bar holding the handlebar is differentAlso the model grips are leather and the one I got are rubber( I have a pictures to prove this)Bottom line why R&A cycles puts a picture of the latest model and they have it as "Pinarello treviso disk" and the actual bike they sell is different in specification and looks, and is completely the same as model? If they would have put the same picture as the bike they are selling I would have never buy itThe price difference of and model on the web is around 800-usd, so that is how I decided that it will be appropriate to pay as model since I got modelIt's not wright to pay for model and get 2016?In hope of understanding from the sellers side. Thanks in advanceSincerely *** ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I bought a bike from R&a Cycles and I was not satisfied with the product that they delivered. Through Revdex.com we reached a mutual refund amount of 300 USD on the ** June 2017. R&A cycles have not transferred the the money or made any contact yet although it's been 11 days ago. The previous complaint id is [redacted] filed on date 6/**/2017, and [redacted] as Mediator. What do I do next? [redacted]Desired Outcome: R&A cycles to refund the amount on which they agreed of 300 USD

Sincerely,

[redacted], never approved of my offer, so I wasn't sure he was ok with it.  I am going ahead and crediting him the amount offered.

[redacted] was a nice client who we have been working with.  We shipped him a bike to Europe in which arrived in orderly fashion.  The Bike he ordered is from an Italian manufacturer who provides us with the photos.  On our...

website: [redacted] we have the picture of the bike along with a description and specifications.  Below the specification we have that they are subject to change.  The reason why they are subject to change is because the manufacturer changes them on us without notice.  The changes are generally for equal or better parts then what is originally spec'd.  The Treviso Carbon in the US only came in as a 2017, In 2016 it was not offered in the US.  I sent [redacted]s complaint to the manufacturer and there response was not acceptable for [redacted].  They simply said that it was a 2017.  They also said European specifications are different then US specifications.  [redacted] claims he saw an older model in Europewhich matches our, but again their spec is different as they receive products at times sooner then us.  Bottomline is it is a 2017 in the US.The primary difference between what [redacted] is wanting and what we said is the color of the saddle and bar grips.  He wanted me to obtain these for him but they are not aftermarket components they are OEM (out of factory) meaning they only come with the bike.  In exchange I offered him a $75 for him to find them in Europe as they might have them.  The Saddle is worth no more then $40 and the Grips $10.  He expressed his displeasure so I asked him to give me another solution and I will see what I can do.  After that he didn't respond.  To make a claim that this is an old model when the manufacturer has confirmed it is not is not fair and to request a $900 credit for a minor detail that cost a mere $50 is impractical. For anymore info or for direct contact information to the disctributor, please feel free to contact me directly.Albert C[redacted], COO [redacted]
