Review: Called this company to check my clothes dryer because the exhaust was not functioning. He came out looked in the back of the dryer(and my husband had already removed the back cover so he didn't actually remove anything) and stated I would need to replace the blower motor assembly. He did not have the parts so they would need to be ordered. He stated he would get pricing and call me in about 2 hours with a quote. I was charged $100 for this diagnostic service. He never removed the front of the dryer to actually look at the blower. This is only accessible by removing the front on my dryer. Had he actually removed it he would have noticed the belt for the blower on the bottom of he dryer. I did not need a new blower motor assembly. Also he never did call back to give me an actual quote. I have not heard back from him.Desired Settlement: I would like my diagnostic fee refunded because he didn't do anything

The customer did not respond to my telephone call regarding the service needed. The check, in the amount of $111.67, was never cashed or deposited, and will not be cashed or deposited. If this customer needs further service, they can seek it elsewhere.
