I called on 12/17/to set up an appointment Before setting up the appointment - I spoke with *** - I told him of the issue I was having with my dryer vent and that I felt it needed to be addressed from outside on the roof as well as inside He told me that it would not be a problem and that they have done this before with homes that have a vent up to the roof I received a call today, 12/19/14, at 2pm - my appointment was 2-time frame - to confirm the address His name was*** and he told me he was driving up from the Springs and wanted to confirm my address To start with he gave me a different company name, had my first name completely wrong - not even close and had the wrong address I scheduled with Max Clean - but they also go by the name of A Absolute Air Duct & Carpet Cleaning Inc I told him of my concern about it being dark when he arrived and it wouldn't be safe to be up on the roof He told me they are not insured to go up on the roof I explained to him the conversation I had with *** and that I needed to call the main number and talk to the manager to see what was going on I called the main number I was told that "maybe" *** worked there I told the girl what happened - she said she needed me to speak to the "boss" I was put on hold for seconds and disconnected - I'm sure they hung up on me I called back numerous times and they picked up and then hung up on me without even saying anything I continued to call back and all I receive now is their voice mail I tried calling the number for "***" and it also goes to voice mail How they have an A rating is beyond me I am just happy that I won't have this shady company in my home for any reason

I set up a carpet cleaning appointment a week and a 1/agoI received a call today stating the technicians van broke down and he'd have to rescheduleI called him back he said sorry for the confusion but he would be here between 3:30-4:A 1/hr before the service was supposed to begin, the technician said he has to reschedule because he is at the house of a flooding basementI explained we weren't able to reschedule and he said sorry that he wasn't performing the carpet cleaning
