On January 10th...We called Absolute technician out to our home to repair our malfunctioning garage door. The repair man known as C.T. ([redacted]) informed us that we needed new springs...our old ones were only 5 years old but he explained that, they were dangerous if not replaced. So, one hour later and 392.00 to pay for them. Four days later the door was doing the same thing before the "repair" I called absolute back and one week later C.T. returned and was not happy to be called out again. He tightened down a nut and bolt and fiddled with the up and down motion and said 'all was good "and left. Two days after that the door is inoperable..It will not go down and it only goes up four inches and stops.

I called again and got no reply until four days of calling and a man named "[redacted]" came out on request.

He said the problem was really that the drums and cables needed replacing. He would return and do that...We have heard nothing since last week and now our 6 phone calls have remained unreturned. We are out 400.00 and our door is WORSE than before!!
