A Ace Drain Cleaning

Consumer called ###-###-#### Crowe Septic (from yellow pages), requested someone to come out and determine what the problem was, instead of Crow, Tidy Services came and pumped his septic tank, problem not solved, he called back to "Crowe" and a service person came in a Crowe truck and he received an invoice from All Plumbing & Septic and charged $85 for service, problem still not solved, he asked for a refund for the $85, [redacted] told him they would send check by 2/3/12. On 2/9/12 he called [redacted] at "crowe" and told her water was backed up in kitchen sink, she told him they would send someone out but it would be $85 Service charge, he refushed and called another company, Hall Septic Tank Cleaning, they came out and unstopped inlet line into tank. Consumer thinks that 'Crowe" should have solved the problem on the first service call, but nothing was done except Tidy Service pumped his tank.
