Ace of Hearths did contract with *** Condominiums to inspect and clean fireplaces in the condo's. After doing these "level 1" inspections, which require us to inspect the readily available areas of the fireplace, we found that most of the fireplaces had issues, including *** *
***'s. We finished the job we were contracted for and the bill was paid. Because of the issues we found with the systems we offered that we would come back in the spring, at no cost, to take a look from the roof. This was for our information of the systems condition above the roof. The information gathered from this would help us to make a better decision as the the entire condominium contract. Since most of the fireplaces have issues we do not want to continue to charge for a service that would render the same result each year. We are reporting on these fireplaces as a whole and *** * *** did not prepay for the "level 2" service we provided later. The level service provides us access to the roof. We do not work for the individual owners. We are contracted by the administrator and the board of directors for the association and report to them. The report from *** * *** that she prepaid for a full inspection that has yet to be completed is untrue. The inspection and cleaning was completed in January of
