This business is lying. They screwed up my taxes. I received the CORRECTED form yesterday-15 days after they filed an incorrect return. I told them it was wrong while in their office. They said “ I’m sorry, but you owe this ( 900$$ more than I really owed). I called several times, left several messages. 15 days to get corrected forms

She was given credit for her $900 estimated payments to the state. Her state copy was in her file with the federal. We even mailed her copies of her full tax return. The USPS sent us back her mail due to insufficient funds. We added postage and resent. I've talked to her multiple times. My assistant...

has too. We have told her multiple times we sent copies and her tax return has her $900 estimated payments. If she allows it I will send copies of her state return to you guys and show where the $900 payments are on her return. I don't know what else to do for her because her return is correct.
