On August 28, the complainant reached out to our office and stated that he is having trouble with maintaining hot water in the master bathroom showerOur lead inspector returned to the property to evaluate the condition the complainant is experiencing and found that the hot water problem is only at one plumbing fixtureWe explained to the complainant that this condition was not present during the original inspection on March 2, and there is no way we can report on future events that may occur with the change of use or occupancy of the homeWe also explained to the complainant that we performed a performance based inspection of the tankless water heater and that the inspection is not for making sure that the water heater is installed per code or manufacturer installation requirements but performance based that meets all of the requirements of the Texas Real Estate Commissions Standards of Practice that regulates property condition inspectionsWe regret that the complainant is experiencing an unpredictable problem with his water heaterAs a company policy we have offered the complainant a refund of the inspection fee which is the limit of our liability that he agreed to by signing the inspection agreement

fault in this case and we would like to reimburse the complaint for the cost of replacement We at A-Action regret that the complainant had to file a complaint with the Revdex.com but we are willing to come to a amicable resolution
