On July 6, w received a call for service from Agero to tow *** ***'s vehicleThe driver was dispatched to the call at 10:amThe driver arrived on scene at 10:am and begin his tow to La Puente, with Ms***, at 11:amThe driver stopped to pick up a second vehicle approx miles
away that was also going to La Puente (no riders with this vehicle)Ms *** and the driver continued to La PuenteAt approx 12:we received a call from the driver stating Ms *** was being very irrate and using racial termsHe pulled to a safe location on the shoulder of the freeway Ms *** exited the vehicle, at her own free will, and was attempting to reach her roadside providerShe then contacted what the driver believed to be the policeDuring this time the driver remained in constant telephone contact with his supervisor while our dispatch department contacted the roadside providerFour units from the California Highway Patrol responded to their locationThe California Highway Patrol conducted an interview of both Ms *** and our driverThe California Highway Patrol did not find any merit in the allegations made at that time. Our driver was then requested by the California Highway Patrol to complete the tow to the nearest gas station as a courtesyOur driver, with the highway patrol officers escorting him, exited the freeway at the next exitOur driver then unloaded the vehicle and took pictures of the vehicle, again with the officers present.Ms ***'s actions have been both harassing and slanderous to both our Company and our driver on numerous occasionsShould she continue with this course of action we will have no choice but to pursue legal action against her

A Action Towing is in not affiliated with AAAWe were not contracted by AAA to perform tow services, we have no access to AAA files and/or requests for serviceOur services were contracted by the Victorville Sheriff's DepartmentThe fact that AAA dispatched a tow truck has no bearing on the services we provided

Dear MsCarmona,We have received the above complaint and have reviewed the file in its entiretyAs previously explained to the registered owner of the vehicle our services were not requested by AAA nor are we contracted station for the Automobile clubAt 7:pm on February 27,2017, we were
requested to the scene of the accident by the Victorville Sheriff's department and towed the vehicle at their request, not at the request of AAAAt no time did our driver represent himself as being affiliated with AAAIn addition, at no time was our driver cancelled off scene by the Sheriff's department or at the request of Ms***.We acted in good faith and in accordance with the Tow Service Agreement as requested by the Sheriff's department Ms*** had every opportunity to retrieve her vehicle and/or to release the vehicle to her insurance carrier for pick up between February 27th and April 10, Ms*** acknowledges receipt of the Notice of Lien Sale and failed to retrieve her vehicle prior to that date therefore all fees are due and owingShould Ms*** wish to set up a payment plan she is encouraged to contact our Collections Department at ###-###-####.Should you have any questions or need any further information, please contact me. Dear Revdex.com: As a consumer, I am astonished with the "Intentional Deception & Fraud," on the part of the "Towing Company & Agero," revealed to the Revdex.com and portray themselves as though this is the "First Time They Have Heard of the Complaint." Furthermore, in their response, they also reveal that "They Will Investigate the Details and Photos," when in fact the "Attached Documents," are their "Letter of Denial, Dated 7/24/2917," while photo evidence were also in their possession I am "Ready, Willing and Able," to present this matter to the press with respect to the "Intentional Fraud, Deceit, Fabrications to Revdex.com and Failed Accountability." Please see the attached evidence
