A Advanced Transmissions and Emissions

I went to the auto shop, Advanced Transmissions and Emissions, and asked to speak with the owner since my husband had been defrauded and verbally attacked by the owner, [redacted]. When I arrived and asked to speak with the owner, [redacted] asked what I wanted and his employee told him. I stated that I wanted to speak with him. [redacted] IMMEDIATELY began yelling at me that I [don't own him] and he doesn't have to talk to me. Mind you, I have never seen, met, or spoken with this man up until this meeting! I asked if that is how he speaks to his customers and I was met with profanity and more yelling. I feared for my safety.
