A year ago, I paid them $12,000.00 for a new central unit. It didn't work. My house was over 80 degrees!!!!! I called repeatedly for help. They just kept coming by saying everything is working. House still 80 degrees. They sent, alledgely, their best tech out. The kid treated my like I was an it!!! Asked me what kind of windows I had! Anyone who knows houses could plainly see I had new Anderson windows!!! He talked to me like I didn't know anything!! I finally found another company to come in and clean my ducts out, they were very competent, respectful and gracious. Now it's a year later. A Advantage called saying I needed an annual check up for my unit. That was done on Tuesday this week. I kept thinking it was warmer in my house but since the weather has been mild this week, I didn't notice too much. Only when my boyfriend came by today, Sunday, and said he was really hot, did I ck the temps in all the rooms. 75 at the thermostat and 77 in the kitchen. My boyfriend checked the fuse box, fuses in the compressor and discovered the compressor isn't working. I called A Advantage to ask for help and told them I was worried about my boyfriend because he has a bad heart. I had to call 5 times before someone called me back to say they would be over later today. That was at 2:00. It's now ten to 7:00 pm and no one has showed up or called!!!!! These people are very unprofessional!!!!!
