Enclosed please find documents for Anthony M D.*, Handyman Services. Mr. D. agreed to do the repairs needed and would be able to do it in a weeks time. It took him more than a week to order materials and install just the Pergo floor. He didn't order what I wanted and installed it before I noticed it. I had to call him several times and my calls were never returned. The same thing happened to the field rep.
I just want the place put back together the way Mr. D. agreed to. All the things he said he would do.

You *** hand picked the flooring I was there when you handed us the samples you picked out from lowes before we met
Your 3 rooms where still packed with boxes n all types of heavy stuff that we moved out then back in the same day after the 3 rooms where finished
We replaced plywood and black mold remediation done in around and under your tub
When im medically cleared ill be there to finish the job
The best I can do at this time
Furthermore your insurance only paid for your rugs to be replaced I installed wood floors for that price
Ive made nothing off this job
Your insurance company hasn't even payed out for any additional tasks related to this contract
