Hello, my name is [redacted] and I'm giving this complaint in the company of my automobile insurance which is PILGRIM, they provided me a not good customer service and the damage report to present to them questioned me a much about it and after the alleged research they did, after more than a month sawed research and they finally paid, they did not pay the amount that was required to repair my car but still accept it cuz I needed to repair my car, knowing I had to pay extra to do so, then I rent a vehicle which supposedly I have the right for 30 days according to my policy, as far as I know I pay for that service, and they dont notified me or called me to tell me how many days had to rent the vehicle and after 23 days including weekends my car was not ready yet because they take long time to go to check the vehicle to the shop and my car is a Mercedes Benz which requires professional work and delicate, which needs time to repair, especially when is painting job, when I call to report that the vehicle will be ready in a week but they tell me they only had authorized the rent of the vehicle until May 11 and could communicate with them until May 17 because they never returned the call to me or the shop and now I have to pay for additional days, when supposedly I have a right to 30 days rental of a vehicle, when I try to talk about this situation whit the adjuster jennifer souza she star talk me very strong and abusive which she also did whit the person in charge of the shop and the car rental company which tried to help me at all times because I am a customer of them, which supposed to do my adjuster, and the only thing she was did is talk bad, when I try to make another attempt to talk to someone else in that insurer, another adjuster answered, I explained the situation and he also answered the wrong way and telling me that, whatever you do or talk to anyone who speaks within the insurer will not change us mind, no one in that company try to help me, when supposedly I am a customer, I have more than three years with them and is not the first time they treat me that way, in a previous incident they wanted to tarnish my name and they do not care about the children and pregnant women was with me this time and after that I still quiet because I am a person avoided problems and very peaceful but I think no more, no more abuse, I think when you pay insurance for your vehicle is to be protected and that accidents happen and you never know when it will happen, for the same reason you hire the services of an insurer to help you and not to discriminate you or to complicate your life , I pay my taxes and all my obligations in time, I am a person with a clean name and I kwo I have rights, I think a Adjuster is to help their clients and not to make a hard day, or to discriminate, I think the duty of my insurance company was so bad, the customer service you have in this insurance is the worst I ever see in years and after that I do not recommend this insurance to anyone, as I said before, is not the first time they give me a headache, do not think it fair to be paying for a service of such poor quality, attached my policy number and the number of claims, policy number UZA0 [redacted]5 claim number 37[redacted]4
