A Affordable Limousine

I purchased a used 03 Cadi Dev. less than 90 days ago from affordable motors in Spokane, WA within the first 20 days of having the car, the headlight(a costly LCD light) needed to be replaced. After requesting the dealership to order the replacement part it took several weeks and several phone calls to just pick the light itself up-no repair from dealer at all. When I called the office the final time, the man stated, "Oh yea its here.", so although they said they would notify me when the part arrived, they obviously failed to do so. as of 2 weeks ago my car wouldnt start and the security theft light came on, after being diagnosed, I have found I need to get a new or the original car key to fix this issue, because of a microchip in the key. I have called and left a message with a man and woman to advise of this issue, and to se what key I or they have?, I still have had no response from dealer to this issue, I left another msg. today-6/1/12 to have someone call me back with an answer again. Also upon buying the car, We; [redacted] (the owner) and I discussed using a different creditor to lower my payments down some. When [redacted] kept giving me the run around, I asked my boyfriend to speak with him for me, he then called prior to the first April bill (04/03/12) and spoke with [redacted] who stated at that time he would take care of it by my next payment due date-(May). I didnt recieve any calls from that point about the issue, so I again had to call and see if it had been done. I then called-prior to my bill due date of the 5/3/12 to see if he had spoke with these creditors at all yet, he said he has been busy and hasnt gotten around to it!?, He asked if I could pay this month at my normal 200.00, and then next month (June) he would have it taken care of and the payment would be lowered to around 170, so in my nieveness I agreed, hoping it would be done. It is 06/01/12 I called again, [redacted] stated he was busy could I wait another month, nothin about keys yet either, I said no, and he said he will do on monday.
