Business response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff 7/8/It was a home warranty, it only had one item on itUpon arrival the consumer added several other items and they are not familiar with this warranty, they had to take the report and get approval from the warranty companyOn the consumer's complaint the consumer mentions the drain backing up within a week of them being thereThe drains were flowing when they were there, they are just older drains and they are not going to get any better than that They cannot be snaked they had to use a kinetic (air) ram due to them having a drum trapAs far as the other work, it was completed, they replaced an overflow gasket and they did a rebuild on a toilet and the trip lever for the toilet was replacedThe work was done They will not be refunding any moneyAs far as having someone else come out, the company contacted the consumer's warranty company to have them send someone else out because the consumer had been calling the office and being very rude The consumer was accusing their plumber of being incompetent, therefore the company didn't see any reason to send them back out The warranty company can reassign plumbers in cases like this
