I contacted this service and had hopes for a resolution I was looking forInstead, I got a tech who configured my computer to his liking and refused to answer any questions I hadWhen asked why something was happening he said just give it a couple of daysWhen asked to call Comcast about a pin number, I encountered problems with high speed internet problems and had Norton & Comcast working together to fix the issueThis ticked the tech off and he refuses to answer my phone calls
