I hired Prestige to manage a rental property
- They transferred $of my money to a pest control company without my permission They admitted their mistake, but failed to return the money to me I have not received it to date
- They failed to turn over the last month's rent to me until I had sent numerous texts and emails
- They generally fail to get back to me in a timely manner I have spent hours writing texts and emails trying to get them to respond to my request for information and for funds
- They fail to get back to my tenant in a timely manner as well
More details: I hired them in March My tenant paid months up front I had to repeatedly contact them to get that money, but once I did get it, in April, they did not owe me any money until September In September, however, they failed to send me my tenant's rent I had to ask repeatedly On top of this, on September 7, 2017, they transferred the $to a pest company

I applied for an apartment on April 27, I have not heard from the company if I have been approved or not I have placed several phone calls
On April 27, 2016, I applied for an apartment at *** El *** *** *** CA I paid a total of $for the credit/application fee(adults at $35) This was after speaking with someone in the office to make sure that the owner would take a) my service animal and b) would take my stepson's Housing Choice VoucherThe office contacted me and said that the owner would take the service animal and the voucher and to go ahead and applyOn May 5, I called the office to check on the status of my application and to make sure they had all the information they required I spoke with a *** *** and she stated that they had all the paperwork and they would be processing the application and getting back to me within a couple of days

I've had rat/mouse issues at my apartment for almost months nowI had contacted them twice before they sent an "exterminator" out who only set out trapsWhen she informed them that the holes had to be fixed so my issue would go away they did nothing about itA month after the rodents came back and I've contacted them times now since the 5th of this month via there maintaince request website and I even emailed the office manager and all they did was send someone out on the 17th to see what holes needed repair but failed to send an exterminator again and no one has come back to fix the holes

They are over a week delinquent on returning our security depositAfter numerous calls, they continue to avoid providing any information

They do not know the status of it,
They think they sent it but are not sure and
They are waiting on the homeowner to approve it
Each time they stated that they would contact us back with information and they have not made a single attempt to reach us

The biggest complaint I have is they rented us a house with black mold in it, it is growing in the shower which is also unventilated and leakingThey took a month to fix the leak, which I assume has provided the black mold a perfect enviorment to growThey still havent come out to fix this after a monthAlso, they told me I wouldnt have to pay a extra fee to pay my rent online, however they are charging me a $convenience fee to pay rent on a reaccuring paymentThis breaks Calfornia Civil Code 1748.1(a)

Terrible, I move out of one of there apartments and spent hours cleaning the place it looked better then when we moved in, I did the walk thru and have a address for a deposit return after months of waiting I never got the deposit or a reason as to why we were getting the deposit, so after wait a total of months we finally contacted the owner of the property and explained the situation and he had to call and get us our deposit back, and he was told by the reality that they sent us a check and was unaware of the situation and felt bad, I also had a terrible experience with the front desk lady when I was trying to give in my day notice, she was extremely rude and unhelpful they really need to hire a new receptionist, plus she looked very unpresentable when I came inDon’t rent from them not worth the hassle

Prestige Properties has not fulfilled the contractual requirement for property management occasioned by the contract termination which took place on June 15, and resulted in a verbal indication to us that we were owed a sum of money of more than $ We have tried to contact the person who was handling our account (but is now concentrating on selling property instead of property management) and have been unable to reach her by telephone (never available) She did respond to an e-mail from me on July that said she would call me the next day to discuss--she never called I again e-mailed her on July telling her that we had received the key to the property and was waiting to hear from her on the account refund--no response I again e-mailed her on July asking for her response--no response
