Our position remains unchanged, the client, Ms***, did not comply with warranty points of the programThese conditions were stated to her from the begining verbally and she was given documents explaining the warranty as part of the service we did provideWe did not take her money and do nothing, we made an initial treatmentMs*** did not call us to set up her follow up as outlined in the documents for five months when we should have been there 14-days later

Ms. [redacted] had a bed bug issue in her home. She contacted us on 1/25/2017 and we discussed her issue and sent her information on how to prepare for the service. Our bed bug program offers a warranty to clients who stay within the four warranty points. They are: 1-access-we are able to access...

the whole living space-2-Prep levels of 80% or better-3-timely follow up service appointments, every 14-21 days-and 4-Eliminate any identified contributing factors. Ms [redacted] reviewed the prep documents and set her appointment for 1/30/2017. We treated the home, we found that she had a high level of bed bugs and she performed no preparation for the service. We treated the home and left her documents on how to set up the follow up appointments and the guidelines for proper timing of the follow up appointments. Ms. [redacted] initialed on the service ticket she received the information. We did not hear again from Ms. [redacted] until 6/5/2017. She called to set up her follow up service, which should nave been arranged for some time in mid February. We explained to her that we could not come out at this point for no cost because she had not followed the proper timing for the warranty visit. She stated she she stated she had issues and could not find five minutes to call us in a period of 4 plus months so she would then file a complaint with the Revdex.com. Ms. [redacted] should have worked within the written and verbal guidelines given by the exterminator. We would have given her warranty visits if she stayed within the warranty terms. It is not reasonable that a visit that should have happened 14-21 days after the service is called for 120 plus days later. We are willing to work with Ms. [redacted] but she cannot expect a warranty that she has not lived up to to be applied in this situation
