Review: I called A-1 Services back in June/2013. They Contracted a person by the name of [redacted] to come out and look at my LG Refrigeration. He said it was the Temp control that needed to be repaired so he ordered the part and said it would be 4 weeks. I called him late July /2013 and they part was still not in supposedly. He came out in early August/2013 and tried to put the board in and said it was defected that he would order another one. I said ok and he said it would take about 2 weeks. I had to call at least 4 times in September and always excuses. I have already paid my money up front because he needed it to order the part. I have called the A-1 Services and complained about him not returning my calls are letting me know whats going on. They said they would get back to me. They never do.It is now October /2013, my refrigerator is still not fixed and the last time I called was 10/14 and he said he had a family emergency that the part was in and he would be back on Thursday 10/17. Never called or came to put part in. I called on Friday 10/18 and left a message and never received a call back. All I want is my refrigerator fixed or my money back. I will never use these people again. I am so disgusted about this. If the can't fix my refrigerator just tell me and give me my money back...Desired Settlement: I want to know if they really have my part and can fix it or I want my money back..

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 9771828, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
