Hired them to control and eliminate vole activity on my property last October. When I returned in May I found that the vole activity had spread throughout my property. Tried to contact them by phone, but received no return call. Contacted their headquarters by email with no response. Paid $325 for this effort.
Hired another company who pointed out to me that their baiting procedure was ineffective at best. Was charged $121.50 for this effort which resulted in the departure of the voles.
Would like a refund of my $325.
