STAY AWAY...1st of I am a disabled veteran, I was shopping for a pole barn and this was one of many places I calledI finally found the building I needed at a price I could affordI needed my barn installedA friend gave me a number and told me to ask for [redacted] so I didAT first he seemed very honest and helpfulI agreed to his priceHe sent me a contract to signHe left out items that we discussed 1) insurance 2) he said he would pick up the barnI added that to the contract and returned itI also asked him where to send the check and whom to make it out toHe never repliedI emailed him more times as well as called at least times asking for this infoOver weeks later I finally got a hold of himHe moved my install date back weeks and said it was because I didn't pay which was due to his failure to reply back with the payment infoAnyways I agreed once again to all his terms and sent a checkAbout a week later I get an email that states he will not put up my barn which he was going to do for $because I didn't buy the barn from Jackson Metal Roofing(JMR) when I was calling for pricingHe also went on to say I was just cheap although I already had told him I was a disabled VetWhen I looked at the quote they sent me to buy the barn I see that they wanted $to install itFunny when I called to install one I bought elsewhere I was told $I see what happened they realized they couldn't rip me off for the extra $on the install so they got mad and returned my check even though he sent me a signed contract, I did change those items but after that we did agree on terms and he told me to end a checkI spent years in the military fighting so companies had the freedom to treat people this wayI gave this all to a lawyer to see my options since we did have a contract that was agreed on by both partiesMy advise is deal with a company that is a little more professional than JMRAfter we had an install contract they do not complete the job only due to the fact that I didn't buy the barn from themPretty childish gesture from a consumer companyThey should have just stated up front if you don't pay our inflated building price than we wont install itHowever, if you do buy a barn from us we are going to over charge you $on the installThey also bashed the company I bought my building from and told me how it was an inferior productNot that I would expect less from such a non reputable place of business
They are great and really make customer satisfaction their number one priority
