A All Points

I have a scheduled day of delivery of **/May/2013. I called for 3 weeks on the time they will arrive. Left countless voicemails. Today I was able to talk to [redacted] of dispatch. She said that all voicemails go to NY and she's in NJ. This is their direct line.I was charged extra for 4 more bins and they called 40 mins before they arrived also it was a day early. Stuff was taken 04/**. I would be charged if no one was home and if they are waiting. They still have my stuff and no compensation was made and they had the nerve to get angry with me. I would like to be compensated because I had to miss work for a delivery that never came and I would like to have my stuff
