** ***I contacted the insurance company and forwarded the plumbing business response .The insurance company onlypays for damages caused by the failed part It does not cover the failed partI certainly don't feel that I am responsible For the use of defective material and labor/installation of the poor quality. Business responded to a service call to fix a faucet. Two days later, the "shark bite" coupling blew out and failed. This was due to a faulty piece of equipment, not the business' service. The business immediately called a restoration company who started work right away. The business' insurance is...
