We deliver on behalf of other 3rd party vendors, and all claims regarding home damage have to be listed on the paperwork to be honored. In this case we followed all instructions provided by the customer regarding where to park, and there was no proof of damage when we left the residence. We do not feel that we are responsible for the damaged driveway, which was covered in snow at the time of the delivery, so there is no proof as to whether it was already damaged or damaged by another vehicle before the snow melted.

I am rejecting this response because: A Allaince's response is absolutely not true. Their truck drove up my driveway before I walked out to see that they had already parked. I told the driver to remove the truck immediately and showed them where they could park. I showed the driver the damage they caused and he didn't seem to care. Upon signing out I had asked if I should mention it on the paperwork and was told no and to just call their office.
