Fortunately, I came across B&J Mechanical through my home warranty They were the vendor dispatched for my AC repair While not impressed with how my home warranty company handled the communication around my claim, I can say the total opposite about how B&J Mechanical handled it They were out promptly to assess the AC unit, and made the recommendation to replace the unit Once the unit arrived, they were out promptly to install the unit -- after hours on a Friday night I sincerely appreciate the time sensitivity they had in regards to my repair I would definitely recommend them and will be using them in the future for preventative maintenance on our HVAC Thank you again for a great experience (with you guys, not the home warranty)
