Review: I have used [redacted] cpt. cleaning for over 3 yrs. and have had issues a few time but we have always resolved them. This cleaning was different, Mr. [redacted] charged me $125.00 rather than the usual $99. I asked why and he said the price had gone up, but refrained from discussing this prior to his appt. and at that time I would of called another business and saved him a trip to our home. That evening I saw an add on tv, the service special was $99. from [redacted]. I called [redacted] to dicuss this issue and he started getting angry, said have a good day and hung-up. I expected a $25. refund but was offered nothing.Desired Settlement: The difference from the charge and the advertised special price.
