I had contacted this business to request a tree service quote via YelpTo make a long story, short, the owner did not respond when I left a voice message at the alleged business number so I waited days and sent the request via YelpThe owner, [redacted] Stevenson, responded and said his salesman, [redacted] , would contact meHe called a few hours later and agreed to meet the following day at my rental property in Overland Park, KS at 2pmThe next day, I arrived a few minutes before 2p, but [redacted] was a no-showI called [redacted] and it went straight to a generic voice mailI called [redacted] and it went straight to a generic voice mailI then posted on Yelp my displeasure with the company for failure to adher to the agreed time to meet and failure to advise me if something had come up that he would be a little late Within minutes, the owner called me and left a harassing voice mail (I still have the voice mail) stating how dare I give his business a star ratingI called the owner ba
