This was an illegal parkThe rate is really $plus storageWe gave her a break on that and charged $for impound, $for processing and $per day storageStorage is a daily charge, not hourlyTHIS WAS AN ILLEGAL PARK

owner of the car drove off before he was finished. When ever the owner came into the office for a receipt she refused to fill out the required information and left.She should have waited for the driver to finish the first night. This all could have been avoided.

This was an illegal park. The rate is really $400 plus storage. We gave her a break on that and charged $150 for impound, $100 for processing and $100 per day storage. Storage is a daily charge, not hourly. THIS WAS AN ILLEGAL PARK.

driver made it aware to the customer. If any personal items are left behind in our tow trucks, the drivers DO bring those items in the office so the items may be retrieved. Whenever the customer called in about the cell phone I immediately had the driver stop and check the truck for personal belongings. However there was nothing in the truck.

charge for that. This was not towed it's illegally impounded. You can not park your car in someones driveway. It's illegal and it is against the law.
