On 08/15/2012, [redacted] bought a phone system for their business at [redacted]. Unfortunately, we are displeased with the product and the service we purchased from A Americam. The phone system that A Americam sold [redacted] was not adequate for a business. Many of our calls were being dropped, and customers could not call into our office because they either received the voicemail or an error message. When speaking on the phone with a customer the phones would automatically place the customer on hold and [redacted] could not resume the phone call. [redacted] believes they lost new and existing customers that may have been calling in from their advertisements. [redacted] has called A Americam several times to resolve the issue. A Tech named [redacted] came out on 04/05/2013 and said that there was nothing he could do regarding the phone issues and to call [redacted] explained to [redacted] that they already contacted [redacted] and had them test the phone lines and there were no issues on their end. He then continued to tell [redacted] that there was nothing that he could do about the phones.

We then called to talk to [redacted] the President of the company to ask if someone else could come out to our location and find a solution to our phone system problem as well as train us on our equipment that we were invoiced for and never received.

To resolve the problem, [redacted] is requesting a refund for the products, training, and installation listed on the invoice# [redacted] for a total amount of $2,940.29. This amount is very minimum considering the loss of customers, advertisement cost, and having to replace the phone system.
