Review: HelloFirst Id like to thankyou for aiding me in the past. Approximateley around mid to late november 2012. I took my black suv([redacted])to American Muffler. I supplied the materials for a routine oil change,and gave them to a [redacted] gentleman. He performed the oil change but told me before completion of oil change that I had purchased the wrong size oil filter but that he could make it work anyway,he assured me everything thing was okay and I paid and drove away.engine About a week or so later, in front of several witnesses at [redacted], I went to start my suv and all of the oil came out of my engine and spilled on the ground. My mechanic diagnosed the problem. He said there that there was no oil filter on my suv and that resulted in me purchasing a $857.oo engine.Desired Settlement: I would like to be compensated $857.00 which is the cost of an engine,$500.00 for installation of engine,and $1000 for the cost of a new transmsission replacement, which is recommended by most ase mechanics when a engine has just been newly installed.thankyou.anthony conyers
