At A and A FENCE & CONCRETE our #
goal is customer satisfactionWe take it very seriously when our customers are
not satisfied as our review responses showAs the owner of A and A , I have
personally tried to reach out to
this customer in an attempt to resolve the
issuesThe customer has chosen not to return my calls
The issue on this job is a property line dispute between our client and his
neighbor. We were not aware of this issue
until our workers showed up to start the jobThey were told by the neighbor
that the fence belonged to him and if we removed the fence he would call the
policeAs a result of this disagreement, the workers did not remove the fence
and only did the work that did not involve the disputed fence.
We regret that there have been issues with this job and are willing to do
whatever we can to work out the dispute between the two neighbors. An invoice was emailed to our customer in
error for the full amount of the jobIt should have been for the work we did
(not including the disputed fence). A
second email was sent within minutes stating the invoice was sent in error and
would be corrected
Being paid for the work we have done is not the most important thing to A
and AIf our client feels that he should not pay for the work we have done
that is fine. The most important thing
to A and A is that the customer knows
that his satisfaction is our #priority
The statements made are false No one has contacted me or left a message. The business was notifiied in advance that the property line was disputed An electronic copy of the survey was sent to them about a month in advance of the planned work I can forward that copy to Revdex.com as prove if needed
Regards,
Rex Sport
Being notified of a property line dispute does not allow us
to take down a fence. The dispute must
be resolved to both parties satisfaction before we can begin work, even if the
survey shows the fence location. Surveys
can be disputed, so until there is a mutual agreement between neighbors we can
not begin work.
I called the customer at ###-###-#### and got a recording
that said the mail box had not been set up.
We received a phone call at the A and A office later that day that the
caller ID showed as Rex Sport. When the call was answered the caller hung up.
Again at A and A Fence & Concrete our #1 priority is to
have satisfied customers, as I believe our review history with the Revdex.com and
others shows. But we can not
go onto another person property when they tell us we are trespassing and they
call the police to have our crews removed from the property.
Mr. Sport stated in his DESIRED SETTLEMENT that he “will not
pay them for the little work they did” and he “will not allow these people back
onto my property, nor will I waste any further time in conversation with them
on the phone”. With this being said we
have stated that we will not charge Mr. Sport for the work that was done and we
have not made any additional attempts to contact Mr. Sport.
I hope the customer is able to settle his dispute with his
neighbor and find another fence company that can do the job to his
satisfaction.
I took all measures to make sure nothing could go wrong with a cement patio being installed with this company. I paid a service of another company to find and mark all water valve/pipes and etc. The day of the patio being laid I SHOWED THEM all the BIG ORANGE markinings are the water pipes for our spinklers and not to hit them. They completely irgnored that and smashed them. Then they poured the patio without any concern of where our original drains run for our existing patio were. They clogged the drains to the original patio we had. When we found all this out we contacted them. The owner claimed they have a disclaimer on sprinkler lines since they don't know where all those are. I repeatedly told him they were marked so that was not an excuse. He refused to do anything about it. As for the original patio we had and the drains they completely didn't care about. He said I should of let him know about the drains which we talked about the drains before they laid the new patio. I had to pay to have my sprinkler main line capped and reroute the system. I had to pay another company to find the pipe for drainage they buried and then fix it. This company is big on putting the blame on the customer and even when the customer took what precautions they could. I want this company to pay what it cost me to find and fix the mistakes THEY MADE.
