A and A Fencing Reviews (%countItem)

I met with the owner Chirs who met with me at my home to give an estimate. He was knowledgable about the work that needed to be done and raved about the quality wood his company uses. I a very busy single mom, working full time, going to school and involved with my church. I was looking forward to a new fence with hopes of less worry about my dogs getting out of the yard. I was not impressed with the work that was completed. I will admit I am a little late getting this review done as the work was done at the end of July. The gap between the bottom of the fence and now rocks and dirt was horrid. I had more worry about my dogs escaping than I did before the new fence. Chris was not there helping on the fence and I'm sure if he was things may have turned out differently. I had gone out and noticed the boards were not on the side I would have prefered and with the back neighbor they did change it and fix it, but it was with an attitude. I didn't even bother asking with the other side. The gate area was not put back as it should have been and although it would not have been put back exactly as before because of some changes, apparently there was mis communication as I thought the pavers would be put back into place and cut if necessary to make them fit. Even if no cutting was to be done the heavy pavers could have been placed back like I ended up doing instead of just left in a mess. One board on the gate is defective as it protrudes outward. The workers really reflected poorly on Chris and his business. I also don't think the wood is all that great and the workers did not even remove the stapled tags from the bottom of the boards where they were easily seen since there was about a 6 inch gap from the ground. In spite of all this I would have been given at least an extra star rating had Chris followed up. When I called he Chirs two different times he said he would come out to take a look and never did or at least tell me he did. The second call he apologized stating there were family issues as to why he did not make it, but he would come out soon. It never happened and on my third call I left a message letting him know that I would be writing a poor review. He tried reaching out to me, at which point I did not even bother returning his call. I spent another few hundred dollars getting the gap under the fence taken care of. I knew that grass would be destroyed, but did not expect it to be left as it was. I know others who have had their fences replaced with it never looking like my did. Really disappointed in his work and am finally finding some time to sit down and write this review.

Got my fence done by A and A this summer they did an outstanding job! Not only does my fence look great but accommodated me with a temorary fence for my dogs while the process took place I couldnt be happier with my experience.

Chris and his team are absolutely amazing!!!!
We have used them for several projects at our residential properties.
These guys are the best around. We have always been thrilled with their pricing, their professionalism, and, most importantly, their final product.
No matter what comes up, Chris and his team and A and A can handle it. For example, one of our properties in Seattle had a pool that required tight fencing by local ordinance.
And, the whole project was kind of a nightmare. It was a very odd shaped and uneven property with large rocks and uneven ground. Didn't matter. Chris and his team diagnosed the problem, put a plan together, and then knocked it out.
I was absolutely amazed at the final product. From every angle, it's perfect. This guys is a true craftsman when it comes to fencing. He has been doing it for decades, and Chris is the only guy that we would ever trust to do our jobs in the future.
A lot of fencing companies are fly by night. They gouge the client while the market is hot, and then have one excuse after another for why they can't even get your job started. They pick up their crew at Home Depot every morning and just hope for the best. Not Chris and his team at A and A fencing. They are in it for the long haul.
If you have fencing needs and don't at least give Chris a call to come out and give you a bid, you are just wasting time and money.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

Chris Bailey and his team did an amazing job replacing my cedar fence. They were quick, affordable and efficien. The whole process only took 3 days! (1 day for cement to cure around the posts) They were professional and on time each day. My new cedar fence looks great - I get compliments all the time from friends and neighbors about how good it looks. I was very impressed and highly recommend them!

I can assure you that A and A fence company and its owner are the most unprofessional, unskilled, unqualified, dishonest fence company around. They are fine until they get your money. I hired him to do my fence. He set the posts at 9-10 feet apart on more than half the fence (who does that, and they call themselves professional)? I challenged him on it and he said I should have requested the post placement. I assumed that was standard practice. I have never seen another cedar fence with 9-10 ft post placement, and I have looked. He complained about his workers to me all the time and said he was about to fire them (as they worked on my fence). Many, many of his boards warped and were not #1 as I paid for and he wanted to charge me to fix them. He said the heat did it. I told him to talk to my neighbor after I had signed up because he wanted a new fence also. He just ran the back line straight across both houses and just put the divider where ever it landed, so I have no corner post in the back. it looks so sloppy. He said that is always how he does it and it would be fine. I told him I hired him, and my neighbor hired him and they had nothing to do with each other (there was no discount to do 2 fences or anything like that). He refused to fix. It looks really bad. They also used my corner lot house to load my neighbors materials. I had to ask him 3 times before they stopped an moved their truck next door. He ruined my lawn. And to top it all off, I saw him several months back on "***" on TV as he took a $2000+ deposit from a little old lady and wouldn't give her back her deposit after she called him because he never showed up. He took the deposit in the fall to do the job in the spring.. Jesse had someone else do her fence at no charge and when the TV cameras showed up at his house they got him to pay her back after 6 months avoiding her. Lots of fence contractors out there, find another one, you will be glad you did. I would NEVER use or recommend this company again.
