I am rejecting this response because:  We are well aware that the scale is out of the 6 month warranty as we had already...

discussed that via email.  Mr. A[redacted] asked us to send it back anyway for him to see if he could repair or find out the issue; and we sent it back.  There should be no reason he couldn't contact me back to discuss this after my multiple inquiries.  I finally got him on the phone Tuesday, May 26th to discuss and he was very rude about it.  When I asked him why he had not contacted me back in regards to this issue, he hung up on me and to date will not answer my phone calls again.  Very poor customer service.
